CONDITIONS

Each project begins with a diagnostic phase (Cartography), where we define objectives, tone, and deliverables together.
This phase has a fixed cost that must be paid in advance. If you later confirm a Constellation (our full creative accompaniment plan), the Cartography fee will be deducted from the total project cost.
If you choose not to move forward with the constellation, the Cartography fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once the quote is approved and the first payment (50%) is made, we begin the production phase.
The remaining balance must be paid upon final delivery or according to the previously agreed schedule.

Delivery dates may be modified in cases of force majeure or client-requested changes.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes will incur an extra fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Commercial use of the designed material is only permitted once full payment has been received.
All copyright and intellectual property rights for the designs, illustrations, and narratives created by Marigold Estudio remain the property of the studio until full payment is completed.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement has been established in writing.

Editing, altering, or misusing our work without authorization is not permitted.

All information shared with Marigold Estudio during a creative process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
We can sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) if your project requires it.

All content on this site (texts, images, illustrations, products) is the property of Marigold Estudio and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
